The condo had everything we needed for the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry, and the two pools were great. Parking does cost extra, around $40-50. 😞 It’s in a great spot, and communication with the owner was excellent. We did run into a bathroom problem on day one, but they had it repaired within three hours.
The kids loved both pools, and the hot tub was a hit at night. Our condo was right across from the beach, in a great location. We’d happily return.
The condos are roomy, and having several big pools is handy when the kids want to swim but you don’t feel like packing up for the beach. The seawall beaches are also just a quick trip away.
Right on the famous seawall, this nice mid-range beach condo at The Dawn Condominiums has a beautiful two-bedroom, two-bath layout, a breathtaking Gulf ocean view, and lots of amenities.
As a guest, I found the noise from the floor above pretty bad. It may just be part of staying on the second floor here, rather than a fault with the property, but it made for a very unrelaxing stay. The condo didn’t impress me. At least the roof doesn’t leak! 😎
