Casa Del Mar Beach Suites by AB Sea Resorts

This is my favorite getaway spot. I've stayed here for the past five years, and every place I've had has been nice. It's close to everything, with the beach just across the street and two great pools.

I booked the small condo for just myself, and it was perfect. I was a little nervous to be right by the doors to the elevator, but I hardly heard anything. The water view was just enough.

Don't stay here. The place has gone downhill since last year. They let a lot of staff go, the rooms aren't cleaned properly, and they won't send anyone to fix their mistake or even take responsibility for it. They expected five people to sleep on a sofa bed. I was also told I'd get a free night, but now they won't honor that. Update: I know I'm reviewing the right property. It may not be your specific condo, but I won't take this down until I get my refund. Maybe you can contact one of the co-owners. It's not right that I couldn't enjoy the room like I did last year. Nobody drives four hours just to leave right away because the room is dirty. Update: I'm glad they finally refunded me, though it took about a month and a half. I wish the stay had been good like the first time I went. Hopefully they'll get more staff so the rooms are clean before customers arrive. Maybe I'll give them one more try.

The best thing here is definitely the beach access, and it's so relaxing to see the water from the patio. Several places to eat and stores are an easy walk away. I visit often because I have a friend with an Airbnb condo here. It could use some updating, but it's decent overall. Just so you know, they don't allow any pets.
