Inn Seaclusion

We didn't get into our room until just after 9pm, after standing in the parking lot and making several calls. No one had emailed us the entry codes, and I checked the junk folder too. I messaged through the booking app at 8am Friday to say we'd arrive around 7pm and still had no codes. A few hours later I got a generic response saying they'd send them a month before the stay. At 7pm, the app showed no phone number, and there wasn't one on the confirmation either. A couple of current tenants gave us the owner's and manager's numbers. The owner didn't answer, and the manager couldn't find our stay in her records. She said we had booked through a third party and gave us its number. It took that company about 30 minutes to verify who I was. The woman kept assuring me the reservation was confirmed, even though we couldn't get into the building or room. She finally gave me a front door code and emailed it, but the room code she provided didn't work. I called again and got a valid one. By then it was after 8pm and we'd been looking for somewhere to eat. Horrible experience.
