Maravilla Seawall Condo by AB Sea

We booked for a month, through Dec 11, at a very reasonable price. I really liked the condo, which had recently been remodeled in a tasteful, modern style. A few renovations were underway, but no worries. There was a warm pool, a cold pool, and a hot tub. The Gulf is across the main road. Pretty sweet. Enjoy 👍

This is our favorite place because the property manager we use is awesome and her condos are clean. The pool has just been resurfaced and is awesome. Renovations are still going on.

I won't stay here again. The buildings have no insulation, so you hear everything your neighbors do, even their conversations. If you come, make sure to get a top-floor unit. I had one of the most miserable stays I've ever had, with people who were very loud and sounded like elephants overhead all night. Each condo is owned by a different person and rented like a hotel, so on a long stay you never know who'll be next door. One week might be fine, the next could be a living hell. With so many owners, getting an issue resolved is next to impossible. My property manager was very slow to respond, so I guess you have to be careful who you rent through. I gave two stars because the apartment management office has its work cut out for it, and they maintain the place as best they can.

We were here over the Fourth of July, when the beaches were closed, but the pools made up for it. The main pool is huge, the hot tub is nice, and there's a kiddie pool for little ones. A third pool right outside our room was handy when the main one got too crowded. The weight room was clean and well maintained, and the rooms were very nice. It's right on the beach. One of our best vacations, and we love this place. We'll be back.
