The motel is right across the street from the seawall, and the big curtained window at the front of the room gives a great view. For a very low price, I got a clean, practical room, free parking, free WiFi with a repeater and an ethernet port in the room, and free breakfast. The desk staff were welcoming, and there's an outdoor pool, though I was there out of season. The bathroom smelled a little smoky, but the room itself smelled clean and was fresher than I expected. They seem to maintain the place pretty well. No complaints, and I'd absolutely recommend it for this price range.

The best thing about the inn is its spot right on Seawall, across from the beach. You get what you pay for. The rooms are old and a little dirty, though the bedding was fine and the shower was okay, mostly showing its age. The small TV and lighting were fine.

The location is amazing, but this was by far the worst motel and service our family has ever dealt with. Our bedding on both beds felt wet, the trash had someone else's rubbish in it, there were bugs in the fridge, possibly a roach, and mold in the shower, whose edging wasn't attached. My elderly mom got locked in the bathroom and was genuinely panicking. When we asked to change rooms or get a refund, they said neither was possible because we had only 15 minutes from check-in to do so. With kids, a slow elderly woman, several adults, and a 10+ hour drive behind us, it takes well over 15 minutes to park, unload, figure out the room, and get inside to spot these problems. They kept both our deposit and the night's charge despite the unsanitary and unsafe conditions. A sadly disappointing start to our family vacation. Do NOT stay here. Pay double, triple, whatever it takes to avoid it.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the AC was perfect, the desk guy was nice, and I had an ocean view. The TV was tiny and mounted too high for its size, and the pool was small enough that it should be advertised as a kiddie pool. I'd come back if I were on a tight budget.

The room was clean and had a nice view, but the room I reserved was supposed to be for smoking and wasn't. The continental breakfast was just tiny blueberry muffins, and the pool was tiny too, nothing like the pictures. They also kept my deposit.
