San Luis Condominiums

After a terrible night at another property, we had to find a hotel at the last minute. This place made us feel comfortable straight away, and the staff quickly helped with everything we needed. The lobby and rooms were spotless, well cared for, and neatly arranged. Everyone was polite and attentive, and we felt looked after and appreciated. The team turned our trip around, and we plan to stay again. Special thanks to all the staff, especially the front desk employees working Sunday, 18Jan26 and Monday,19Jan26 shifts, and the person who took our reservation at 2am of 18th. Their kindness and professionalism meant a lot to us.

Our room in the Club 10 suites was dirty, with leftover tacos in the refrigerator, and it looked nothing like the photos. I've stayed in nicer Motel 6's. This was supposed to be for my 20th wedding Anniversary, so I had ordered the romance package, fresh roses saying Happy 20th Anniversary on the bed, and two bottles of wine. There were no roses, and they brought the wrong wine. I won't stay here again and can't recommend it.

John Walsten made our stay memorable with his warm welcome, attentiveness, and real care for how things were going. The resort itself is beautiful and peaceful, and the service was top-tier. We left with our expectations exceeded.

We've stayed here many times and usually been pleased, but this weekend was a letdown. We had to book two rooms, one on the 15th floor and another in a Club 10 room. The 15th floor was nice, though nothing special, while the Club 10 room was awful. Hotel staff walked in on my husband and me without knocking. The front desk offered late checkout and a key lime pie, but we had to call to ask for the pie and it tasted blah. I won't pay extra for those floors again. Weed smell from the balcony made me sick to my stomach, the hot tub wasn't hot and didn't work, and kids were playing in the adult pool section.
