The room renovations seem to have brought this place a long way, and I’d stay again. I was there with my husband and kids. Kristy at the front desk was really helpful, and the housekeepers were awesome too.

For nearly $70 a night, I wouldn’t stay here again. I arrived late and didn’t have the energy to find another hotel. There was gum on the headboard and random splatters on the walls, including what looked like feces that I didn’t notice until morning. I had to clean sticky stuff off the lower walls because my animal was picking at it. The bathroom counter had stains and burn marks, and the sheets were stained too. At least the mattresses weren’t completely uncomfortable.

I stay in plenty of low-budget hotels for work, and the staff are often rude or even hostile. Here they were kind and courteous. It was clean, no bugs, and pretty quiet. Most of the guests seemed to be working people or families. If you want a cheap place and those things matter to you, this is the spot.

Friendly, helpful staff, and for the price it’s hard to beat the value. There are a few roaches, but they’re at a minimum. You don’t have to go more than four doors down to find your choice of party favors. I’d lock your car. I’d rate it 8/10 and recommend it.
