The rooms were spacious and extremely nice, and the service was great. It’s pet friendly, too. I’d highly recommend this hotel, especially with the Pilot rates.

The welcome was a real highlight. The woman at check-in was quick and friendly, and gave me brand name water, a chocolate, and fresh baked otis spunkmeyer oatmeal raison cookies. The room was quiet and clean, even though it was right by the elevator. Staff were friendly and seemed in good moods both morning and evening. A couple of things were inconvenient. I run hot and like the room cool, even in winter, and had trouble getting the temperature right. I appreciated the full size fridge, but there was only one USB plug, on the TV, and it stopped charging when the TV was off. The plugs in the light fixture between the beds were loose and wouldn’t hold my charger block in room 219. The window was screwed shut, so fresh air wasn’t an option. Still, I enjoyed my stay while traveling. It was comfortable and much nicer than some of the other townplace suites and fairfield inns I’ve visited in the midwest. Good job!

Don’t stay here. Read the reviews first. At check-in, I was put in a room that smelled old and musty. The AC unit was on the floor, and there was a fan in the room, like the carpet had been wet. The second room had an AC unit torn apart and was gross, with flies EVERYWHERE. The third room smelled nasty and old too, and by then they were booked. I coughed all night. The manager wasn’t there when I checked in or out. I left three messages asking her to call, but she never did. As a plat elite, I should have received an apology and points. Don’t stay here. Stay in Dodge City.

I’m a pilot car driver and really grateful to this establishment. Y’all’s staff have been accommodating and friendly, and the night crew is top tier. Thanks!
