Great Wolf Lodge Anaheim/Garden Grove

We packed a lot into one night, with time at the water park on both our arrival and departure days, plus the arcade after dark. Two of my kids and my husband loved the ropes course while my youngest and I tried the adventure trail. My kids all gave the place a 10. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, though it could've used more pillows. Staff were good overall, and breakfast from Dunkin’ Donuts was ready right when I got there, even though I'd ordered while everyone else was asleep. The order was spot on, and I don't even like Dunkin’ much. Parking is $36, so heads-up, but we got a good room rate. Everything felt thoughtfully run from management down, which isn't easy to find these days. Thank you! We'll be back and will recommend it to families we know.

Crystal from the Hilton time share was really helpful in explaining the options. The indoor Waterpark could use better cleaning, though, since there was visible dirt on the floor. Otherwise, it was a great place, with plenty of room and things for the kids to do while parents relax. There's a restaurant on site and another close by. I expect we'll come back for another enjoyable stay.

Maggie made my family's first visit, for my daughter's birthday, memorable and enjoyable. She was patient, professional, and upbeat while helping me use several gift cards. Even when she couldn't approve my request herself, she brought in a manager to look at options and try to make it work. She was also encouraging a fellow associate with their sales goals while she helped me. As a General Manager myself, I know how much that kind of service and teamwork matters. Maggie is exactly the kind of employee companies hope to have, and if she lived closer, I'd gladly try to recruit her. If she isn't already in a supervisory or management role, she should be. I can't say enough good things. Thank you, Maggie!

The trip was wonderful from start to finish. Jessica was so helpful and sweet when she checked me in. Our waiter on Saturday morning was also amazing and made the time there pleasant, though I didn't catch his name. The man helping with self parking was just as helpful. Great Wolf gave us an amazing experience!
