Charles made a small gesture that meant a lot. My wife was having trouble with her bag after getting off the elevator, and he hurried over, then carried it all the way to our truck. The woman cleaning our floor was very nice too, I think her name was Tye. Some things in the property could use updating, but it was good value and we had a nice stay, thanks in large part to the amazing staff.

The room itself was fine, but the smoke made our family’s stay much less enjoyable. The hallways reeked of weed and cigarettes, even though it’s a non-smoking place, and the smell made my eyes water. Every time we opened the door, it came into the room. They don’t seem very busy, yet they put everyone together on the main floor, where it just smelled of smoke. Management did little beyond spraying some Lysol. Also, if you need a rollaway, call during the day because they can’t get one for you later. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

I enjoyed my trip. The room had plenty of room for luggage and bags, and the beds were really comfortable. Everything was clean and in good shape, including the beds and bathroom. The AC kept the room cool, and the location felt safe and was away from traffic.

A good, quiet spot for a shower and some rest. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the amenities were nice, including an in-room fridge. The pool looked well maintained, breakfast was free and nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They also kept the price reasonable during the Barber Vintage fest weekend. It’s not a Ritz Carlton, but I’d stay again without a problem. The shower head in our room wasn’t working right, but we managed, and I imagine keeping up with so many rooms is tough.
