The evening s’mores and drinks were generous and fun, and we enjoyed chatting with other guests. Breakfast was adequate for our family. We were sorry to leave after just one night. Our tipi kept us completely dry through a night of pouring rain, so the bad weather wasn’t an issue. The Dreamcatcher Tipi Hotel was a fun, unusual stay for our family. The tipi felt cozy and comfortable, and was surprisingly spacious with a king bed and two twins. Everyone slept well, and the linens were very nice. We appreciated the heaters, coat rack and mirror, lanterns, towels and washcloths, plus the wagons for moving luggage between the car and tipi. The kids were excited about the water bottles. The bathrooms were impressively clean. They were busier in the morning, but we never waited long. I’d highly recommend it to anyone up for a little adventure and a unique experience.

Our kids loved staying in the tipi and playing with the other children around the grounds. Each night there was a campfire with s’mores, juice boxes, and alcohol for the adults. The grownups had a great time hanging out by the fire. The bathrooms were really clean and nice, which I appreciated most, and the staff were friendly and down to earth. It’s a peaceful, small place away from the Yellowstone crowds, with games and things for kids to do. We highly recommend it for a memorable stay.

We had a great time here and would highly recommend a stay if you want a memory that lasts. We were there from 29th to Oct 1st. The tipis were great, and the bathrooms stayed clean. Breakfast was okay, though I wish there had been bagels or bread to toast. The coffee could be better. The staff worked hard and kept everything running efficiently, but they could have been warmer. The person who checked us in was great, though I’d hoped for a friendlier welcome, especially after our high expectations from the website and reviews. Still, we understand it’s not easy to run a place like this when the staff are doing everything around the property. PS: On the way to the restroom at night, we saw an elk or deer by our tent.

We spent a couple of nights here in September 2025 and everything was great. The king tipi had a very comfortable bed and pillows, and there were fans, heaters, and everything else you’d need. Breakfast each morning was healthy. Every evening there were s’mores and drinks by the campfire. The bathrooms were clean and nice, and we liked the atmosphere and service. We’ll definitely stay here again when we’re in Yellowstone.

The bathrooms are outside the tents, but they’re private, spacious, fully equipped, and spotless. It’s clear that everything is looked after carefully. The tent-style rooms inspired by Indian lodges are beautiful and original, with the comforts you’d expect in a hotel. We looked forward to the magical firepit each evening, and the central fire area with free food and drinks was a lovely extra. The staff were kind, welcoming, and very efficient. A truly unique stay, highly recommended. We’ll be back!
