The room was clean, and it cost less than other places in the area, but there weren't many amenities: no ice machine, laundry, or recycling. The staff seemed inexperienced and couldn't answer questions about the area. My main concern was the billing. More than a month after our stay, my card got charged twice. The extra charge posted five days after Yellowstone condo suites closed for the season. I couldn't dispute it because the only contact number had an answering machine saying they were closed. I left a message and never got a call back. The timing seems suspicious, but I don't know whether it was intentional fraud or just incompetence. I don't recommend booking here.

The staff were courteous, and we enjoyed our stay in a cozy, clean suite in a convenient part of Gardiner. The master bedroom got stuffy in the evening and could use a bigger window or air conditioning. It also looked like the smoke detector was missing.

It was so bad we left a day early. The cabin wasn't sealed, so cold air came in, and the small heaters couldn't warm the place when it was around 30 degrees. There was no central heat or air. Running the TV, lights, and standing heater tripped the breaker twice. When we pulled down the comforter, there were dead bugs and lipstick stains on the pillowcase. More bugs were crawling on the shower curtain. It was disgusting, and I'd never return or recommend it. After check-in, the owner drove us to the cabin, which wasn't the one shown.

A nice motel with several rooms, full-size refrigerators, and kitchenettes. Much better than it was last year.

The suite was spotless, and we could walk to the shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We also had lovely views of the mountains, the quaint town, and the Yellowstone River.
