The bed was clean, and the sausage gravy at breakfast was good. The price was about the only other positive. The rest of the room was so dirty that calling it dirty barely covers it: there was a Styrofoam plate covered in hair on the floor, plus hair in the shower and sinks. I was too tired from the road to move rooms, though otherwise I probably would have changed hotels. I feel like I should get some money back because nothing else was clean.

The staff have always been great, but after visiting Garner for the last three years, this was my final stay here. There were smashed dead bugs on the wall, crumbs and hair all over the floor, patches of paint everywhere, and yellowish pillows. Doors kept slamming throughout the night and startled me awake. Parking was difficult because people weren't staying within the lines. The place needs renovating.

Whenever work takes me to Raleigh, I stay at this Sleep Inn. The rates are reasonable, the whole hotel and rooms are spotless, and the staff are always friendly. The location works well once you learn how to get in and out.

Early check-in was appreciated, and that's about the only good thing I can say. I told the man at the desk about the moldy Keurig, but he brushed me off without apologizing or showing any concern. I didn't even get the chance to mention the roaches that came out in the middle of the night.

Check-in went smoothly again, and the room was prepared beautifully. I'm very pleased with my stays here, and the location is great for the places where I'm working.
