The rooms are newer and nice, but the breakfast area was gross, with no gravy, no coffee cups, and mess everywhere. They could get a 4 or 5 rating if someone were paid to keep an eye on it. At this rate, I figure the bugs will love the place in about a year.

The location is great, but I wouldn’t recommend this place if you need help from the front desk. We asked for two days to have the sheets changed on one bed, and both times they just made the bed. We didn’t realize it the first night because we got back late. When I raised it, the front desk woman barely offered clean sheets for me to put on myself since housekeeping had finished for the day. There was no manager on duty, and she wouldn’t let me speak to one.

The indoor pool was a nice feature, and the bathroom was huge. The place was very clean throughout, including the property, room, and pool area. Parking was good and free, and we appreciated the complimentary breakfast. It wasn’t too expensive, and it’s conveniently close to everything. I’d gladly stay here for several nights again.

The location is very central, and the room was really large. Since the building is newly built, it was clean and looked good. We booked through Agoda and got a slightly better deal. At check-in, they wouldn’t honor my request not to be on the first floor, even though we booked in the off season. That didn’t feel very customer-friendly, though I understand. The parking beneath the building was among the tightest I’ve ever driven through. Breakfast wasn’t replenished during the last 30-45 minutes, so we went elsewhere for a proper breakfast. Apart from those issues, it was a decent stay.
