Econo Lodge Inn & Suites On The River

The room was clean and smelled clean, well maintained, and ready for guests. We arrived before check-in, but since we were guests they gave us a parking pass. Check-in was easy and everyone on staff was friendly. The location worked perfectly, just off the main strip so noise wasn't an issue, but close enough to walk everywhere we wanted to go.

Check-in and checkout both went smoothly, and the staff were super friendly. The included breakfast had more than grab-and-go options: you could make a waffle, have juice, and choose from several things to take with you. It's only a few blocks from the strip, an easy walk. Our room was clean, though the bathroom was small with little counter space. The beds were better than a cot, but not as plush as home. Some rooms have a river view and a balcony with two chairs and a small table. If you're thinking about staying, just do it!

The location was nice and quiet, and the front desk staff were pleasant. Still, clean rooms and bedding matter more to me. I booked two rooms based on the good reviews. The rooms were dated, which wasn't really an issue, but the sheets in mine clearly hadn't been changed after the previous guest. The front desk brought fresh ones for me to put on myself. The other room had hair all over the bathroom. I'd choose a different hotel next time.

The bed was comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. The room was clean, though it smelled a bit mildewy. I think that's because there are no windows to open and air it out.
