Ski View Mountain Resort 305 - Two Bedroom Condo

The screen porch was nice, and the hot tub felt good after hiking, though the pool was a bit cool for me. The sunset colors were pretty, even though you can't actually see the sunset, and I wish the pool deck lights weren't so bright. Unit 103 was clean but dated and needs new carpet and wallpaper or paint. This is a timeshare, and the garbage disposal didn't work, but they came to fix it. There's a high likelihood of seeing a bear, so lock your car and don't leave food in it. I didn't like the long inventory sheet they wanted us to fill out. I didn't see it until we were leaving because of the late check-in, and I hope we aren't charged for anything missing.

Our room had everything we needed. The hotel-like building is remote, up on a mountain overlooking the city, with excellent views. Gatlinburg is only 10 minutes away.

After finding bed bugs crawling all over the bed in room 302, we packed up and rented somewhere else for the night. We had checked in, gone to eat, and returned to get ready for bed when we saw them. I asked for a refund to cover the room we had to rent, but got no response. This place was horrible, and I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you want bed bugs.

The rooms are set up nicely and the beds were comfortable, but room 108 had cobwebs everywhere and clearly hadn't had a proper cleaning in a while. With that kind of cleaning, charging a $200 fee feels wrong. The work seemed more like a $50 job.
