The Greystone Lodge on the River

The live music, pool, cornhole, and river made it easy to enjoy our week here. The deck was a nice extra, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was great too, with a good shower and bathtub. Most of all, the staff made us feel welcome, like family. George always went out of his way when he saw us to check that we had what we needed and were happy. I appreciate everyone there and all the amenities. It was clean and comfortable, and I’d gladly come back and recommend the place to anyone.

I enjoyed my stay at this clean, pleasant hotel. There are museums and plenty of activities nearby, and the gift shop had lots of cool things in it. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

Being able to walk to all the nearby places was great, and we had a really fun, comfortable stay. The room was cozy and the shower was amazing. The outdoor hot tub is nice, though its location felt odd, and I would’ve preferred it closer to the pool. Poolside service was pretty much nonexistent despite being advertised, so I’m giving service four stars.

Having to deal with parking in Gatlinburg can be a real headache, so being able to skip that was a big plus. We could walk from the resort to everything downtown, and the back looks out over the river and pool area. The location worked especially well for our day at Anakeesta. We walked back across the street to relax by the pool for a few hours, then returned to Anakeesta for the nighttime experience. Food and drinks were brought right to the pool deck, too. We’ve always enjoyed Margaritaville Resorts because they feel like a vacation, and this Gatlinburg stay was no different. We’ve never had a bad experience at a Margaritaville. I’d highly recommend it for a Gatlinburg visit.
