The Summit 6208

We had an awesome stay. Our condo was immaculate and really comfortable.

It was a decent place for the price, but a few things could've been better. The sheets kept slipping off the mattress, and whatever we cooked on the stove burned on the bottom. The door keypad malfunctioned too, so we had to call the manager and wait an hour for it to be fixed.

The views are incredible and the quiet made this a lovely place to stay. This beautiful condo resort sits almost 3,000 feet up in the Smoky Mountains in Gatlinburg, so you really feel like you're up in the mountains. The indoor pool area has been remodeled. A must-stay if you want mountain views.

We stayed in unit #8202 from April 12 - 14 and left early on the 14th. Two hours down the road, I realized my wallet was missing. I searched the truck, then texted my host, Christopher Shayne, to ask whether it might be in the condo or parking lot. While waiting, I called the Gatlinburg Summit office and spoke with Pam. Pam was pleasant and went above and beyond. She searched the parking lot and checked two condos because I'd given her the wrong unit number. She found my wallet in a drawer in the second condo and called with the good news. We were stuck in limbo two hours away, and I can't express how much we appreciated her help.
