Friendly staff, and I was relieved to find the room clean and comfortable. The pillows were nice and the bed was firm. I’d been worried after noticing a mildew smell in the lobby. Their website says they serve a continental breakfast, but there was no breakfast.

AK and Mike were so friendly from my very first phone call. They’ve been efficient and accommodating since check-in, and the rooms were super clean. They made our 2 night stay memorable. There are lots of stores nearby. Thanks, guys, you rock!

For $120 on Memorial Day weekend, this worked out well. The king room was decent, with fresh sheets and a comforter, plus a new toilet and sink. We’d paid more for another place that looked like a rundown shack, with a crooked bed and no heat, then got our money back. Thank goodness we found this one instead. We slept really well, and the owner was very friendly. If you want to save a few bucks, we recommend Americas Best. It’s not the Waldorf, but it also doesn’t cost $300 per night.

I needed an inexpensive, clean room, and that’s what I got, so I was pleased with my stay. It was a budget-level room compared with nearby properties, but it was tidy and everything worked as expected. Service was prompt, friendly, and courteous, and there were very good places to eat close by. The property is older and needs a lot of work.
