Our experience was very bad. The room was so filthy that walking across the floor left grease and grime on the bottoms of our shoes. The pool wasn't working, so people were piling into the hot tub. Gross. The lighting was the worst I've seen in a hotel, with either very dim, dark areas or stark white bulbs that made the rooms feel like sterile hospitals. This is absolutely not a 3 star hotel. Outside, landscaping and construction were ongoing, with half-bent light poles, and the place looked unkempt, like they'd forgotten it was a hotel. As for service, I got a text on check-in night asking if I needed anything. I asked for more towels, got a standard apology about extended wait times and a promise to get back to me, and never received the towels. Don't waste your money.

We're here for our second night, and it's been the best time. The staff are so sweet and welcoming, and helpful in every way. We'll definitely stay again.

The reception staff were super friendly and kind, and gave out welcome bags with water and snacks. The rooms don't have carpet, and the walls are thin. I woke up hours before my alarm because I could hear neighboring TVs, diesel trucks starting, and loud conversations in the hallway.

Both of our stays here have been great. The facilities and rooms were clean, and the staff were helpful and informative. The floor manager especially made it worthwhile with her warm hospitality. We'll definitely plan to stay here again.

This was a definite disappointment. The indoor pool was freezing, breakfast was terrible, and the hotel felt dirty and outdated. If this had been my first experience with the Country Inn & Suites franchise, I would never go back. I've stayed at many of them and know they usually hold to a higher standard.
