Nemoon made the visit, helping me with a smile and getting me checked in quickly. He was nice, helpful, and accommodating. The location is quiet and the rooms are clean, though there was a faint smoke smell in the room and a cheesy smell in the hallway. The property could use an upgrade or renovation.

I stayed comfortably for a longer stretch, with peace of mind in a safe, quiet place. The rooms are clean and renovated, and the location works well, with amenities and daily groceries close by. The people made this feel like a five-star hotel. Management, front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance were all professional, friendly, respectful, understanding, helpful, and quick to respond. Bhuwan, Kusum, and especially Nemoon at the front desk were cooperative and attentive to residents’ needs. I’d rate the staff and stay 20 out of 10.

I’ve stayed here for eight nights so far and have loved every minute. The suite’s kitchen is wonderful, and the bed is nice and big compared with mine at home, lol. The location is excellent. I plan to come back in the future, thank you :)

The bus stop just downstairs is the only good thing here. Everything else is poor, and I’d avoid the place if you have other options. The staff are rude and unprofessional, with no manners or courtesy when speaking to guests. They go into your room without telling you first, even when you’ve locked the door. Breakfast is another problem. Manager Bhuvvan is stingy about the breakfast that’s supposed to be included. Granola bars, cups, and coffee are missing every day, and the counter is usually empty. They keep everything in storage and tell guests it’s all gone. They’re damaging ESA’s reputation. The front desk woman, who is the assistant manager, doesn’t seem to know anything and answers every question with “I don't know.” She also enters your room without notice. Even when we asked, they wouldn’t provide utensils, saying upper management hadn’t given them the budget. The manager and staff should be changed. This isn’t how senior leadership should be shown that money was saved by denying customers service.
