We got into our room early because one was available, and staff even gave us cookies when we arrived. They were incredibly kind and considerate, and the location was wonderful. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The owners' family has also put together a scrapbook about the inn's history.

We loved our brief stay in the beautiful house and room. Breakfast was amazing. We were in the General Meade room on the ground floor near the entrance, but it was still very quiet, apart from a little noise when another guest ran water. Thanks, Carrie, for the warm welcome and lovely visit.

It was my first bed and breakfast stay, and I had a great time. We were there for just one night, but the beautiful, peaceful property and charming staff made it a wonderful experience. Breakfast may have been the best I've ever had. I'd love to come back!

I wanted somewhere near town but away from the busy streets, so I booked the Reaser Room well ahead of time. My boyfriend and I stayed a few extra days after my work conference, and breakfast was delicious every morning, even for a picky eater like me. The rooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were great. They gave us enough space to take care of what we needed to do in town, and we'd like to stay again. The only downside for me was the creaking antique beds. I'm a very light sleeper, and every time I turned over I woke up. The beds were still beautiful, and I know the noise isn't their fault.

Our first-floor General Meade room, just outside the parlor, was spacious, clean, and very quiet. The king bed and private bathroom were exactly what we needed after exploring downtown Gettysburg. Breakfast was delicious, and our hostess Olivia was quick to answer all our questions. The homemade cookies they made for the guests each day were another treat. I'd definitely come back.
