We got good value for the money. The room was clean and nicely equipped, and breakfast had plenty of variety and flavor. Prices were competitive, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

We’ve found our favorite place to stay in the Gilbert area when we visit family and friends. The location is great, the rooms were spotless, and the staff were great too. Definitely recommend it, and we’ll be back.

I was booking a room for a friend whose AC had stopped working. She has an 8 month old baby. At first, the hotel said they couldn't send a credit card authorization form unless it was for a business account. After I said I would cancel, the manager made a one time exception and agreed to send it. I've been a loyal Diamond member for over 12 years and had never had this trouble booking for someone before. I spelled out my email and repeated it to the front desk, but they sent the form to my old business email, which I no longer use. When I called again, another person said they couldn't send it to my personal address. I asked them to cancel the reservation, since the manager had just agreed to an exception, but they said only another agent could handle the cancellation. Eventually the form reached me, I completed and returned it, and then my friend arrived to find the reservation had been canceled. The staff kept changing course throughout the process, first agreeing to help, then refusing, then sending the form, and finally canceling the stay. The family and their baby were sent to another hotel. This says a lot about Hilton's new rules and its treatment of a Diamond member of more than 12 years. I didn't get anyone's name, but the front desk staff and manager need coaching and retraining.

I’ve stayed here a few times, and usually ask for service when I need it. On one visit, I requested housekeeping from the front desk and also told the housekeeper working across the hall. Nobody came to service my room. I mentioned it to the desk the next morning. Then the housekeeping manager, Sabrina I think, came by and spoke to me with an attitude, saying I needed to ask the front desk. I explained that I already had. She also said the housekeepers weren't trustworthy and couldn't be trusted. What? Why have them working there if that's how management sees them? I left within an hour and wouldn't return.
