The parking lot is in bad shape. Our 7 year old tripped over a huge open crack and split her knee on the pavement. The WiFi was painfully slow, and the tiny laundry machine costs $4 to wash and dry. Keep an eye on your clothes or someone may take them out. We could hear everything from nearby rooms, including the people upstairs having sex for almost an hour while my kids listened. My husband said management was rude and unhelpful. The beds were so bad I woke up in pain repeatedly. I have MS, and they kicked out my service animal, so we had to put him in a shelter until we leave.

Crystal, the General Manager, made check-in a breeze and was knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. Jason, I believe that was his name, fixed our cupboard door within 10 minutes after it popped off. The room was spotless when we arrived, and weekly room service helps keep the rooms up. Guests were quiet even on New Years. My family and I have had a great experience here, and I 100% recommend this location.

The location works well, with stores and quick-marts all around and hwy 60 close by. The internet isn't 1G, but it's much faster than the Wi-Fi at my previous hotel, where the connection was too slow and unreliable to use. This room is very clean compared with the hotel I stayed at last week.

Maintenance walked into my room while I was in my underwear. When I raised it with the manager, she was nonchalant. They can enter your room at any time, so keep pricey belongings put away or take them with you when you leave. You don't know which team member might be coming in and out.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and quiet, with lots of stores and restaurants nearby. The small kitchen was handy, with a microwave, refrigerator, and stove. We'd definitely stay here again if we're in Gilbert AZ.
