Nate made check-in smooth, helpful, and professional from the first interaction. The lobby and rooms were impeccably clean, and the lobby janitorial staff deserve credit for keeping it that way. The elevators were fast and the beds very comfortable. It's also ideally located for nearby activities and places to eat. One small thing to consider: the clear shower door may be an issue for privacy with young kids. We'd expect to return if we're in the area again. 😊

Nate made the stay easier and more enjoyable from the moment I arrived. He was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, and clearly takes pride in looking after guests. His local food suggestions were great, including places around Gilbert I likely wouldn't have found myself. He also urged me to make time for Sedona and Scottsdale, and both became highlights of my trip. I'm grateful for his recommendations and all his help.

Nate at the front desk greeted us with smiles and such a welcoming vibe as soon as we came into the lobby. He's a really nice guy and was helpful throughout the stay, making me feel appreciated. My room's A/C unit was out, which is why I'd give the rooms only four stars, but Nate quickly found a solution that put me at ease and made me comfortable. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Gilbert, AZ.
