Kim’s unit was just right for our ski season stay, with everything we needed and a kitchen set up for people who like to cook. It was neat, clean, modern, and nicely designed, and we felt safe there. The business owners downstairs were welcoming, and we especially liked the billiards bar. We also took golf lessons from Todd! Gunstock is about 15 minutes away, with lots of cute bars and restaurants nearby, plus funspot. I’d highly recommend it for a longer stay in Gilford. Thanks, Kim!

We’ll be booking Kim and Dave’s condo again soon. It’s cozy, quiet, clean, and beautifully decorated, and a great fit for us. We love skiing at Gunstock, just 15 minutes away, and the condo is also under 10 minutes from both the Weirs and Bank of NH Pavilion. We love the lakes region, so we’re already looking forward to another stay. Thanks, Kim and Dave!

Kim kept me updated ahead of time about changes and improvements to the condo and the association. She was professional and quick to reply, seven days a week. I spent two months there and found the place clean, with all the cookware I needed. The furniture and decor made it a relaxing stay. I’d gladly have stayed longer if I hadn’t been moving into a permanent place, and I highly recommend it.

The condo was spotless and beautifully decorated, and Kim and Dave were terrific hosts. It worked perfectly for us, about 15 minutes from Gunstock and even closer to Bank of NH Pavilion. We had such a good stay and will be back for more ski weekends and summer concerts.

Kim is a sweetheart. She checked in to make sure I’d arrived, then followed up a few times to see that I was doing okay. The place had everything I needed, plenty of room, and comfortable beds. There’s a lovely lake and mountain view, and it’s near the hospital and stores. Rent it, you won’t regret it.
