The rooms were cleaned well, and the weekly rate was reasonable, though the place wasn’t anything special. What’s put me off returning is how things went when my contract ended. I’d been staying for weeks and paying on time; after paying Thursday, I was laid off Friday and had six days left on the bill. I politely asked whether they could prorate the charge or find another arrangement, but they wouldn’t. I’ve traveled for work for years and spent plenty on hotels, and I’ve never before had one refuse to work with me a little in that kind of situation. They’re not obligated to, but it’s worth knowing they may not be flexible. I hope they reconsider how they treat frequent, long-term guests. Small gestures could bring people back. I’ll probably stay elsewhere next time.

The bed and pillows were great, and the place was clean and friendly. It’s a simple spot for a night’s sleep, and it looked like they were replacing beds throughout the property while I was there. I’d stay again.

I’d be happy to stay here again. The washing machines were easy to get to, the staff were very friendly, and several good restaurants were close by. It’s downtown, right across from two car rental locations, and Alamo worked out perfectly for my two-week stay. Everything went smoothly.

Our road trip stop turned into a really nice stay. The room was cute and super clean, with a spacious bathroom and vanity. The night Manager was so kind and easy to talk with. When our TV gave us trouble, he came right over and got it working. He also told us the pool was heated and brought us towels after we’d gone in. The little pool was clean and had a lift for people with mobility issues. He suggested some beautiful sightseeing spots we hadn’t heard about, and Hells Half Acre was phenomenal. I appreciated his kindness and conversation a lot. We were only passing through while moving and would’ve loved another night to enjoy the pool. This will definitely be our go-to when we’re back in the area. Great price, too.
