The room was spotless, and HANNA&ALEXA were friendly whenever I saw them in the hallway. TINA always picked up when I called and helped me with the laundry room and weight room. I stayed for 10 days, and AJ was kind and attentive to what I needed. He answered questions quickly, knew the area well, and was helpful with finding supplies. I also saw how generously he treated other visitors. I’d definitely return to this particular hotel if I’m in Ohio again.

AG, the night manager, was a real find. He offered to help unload our things, suggested an excellent dinner, and made sure we and our dogs were looked after. The big, fluffy towels were a treat, and the kitchen had utensils and a dishwasher. This location is especially convenient for getting on and off I 80. The hotel is brand new, clean, and well organized. Of the roadside hotels, this version and location are great, and it made a soothing place to rest from the wear and tear of interstate travel.

On a cold night in Youngstown, AJ went so far out of his way to welcome and comfort me after a tiring drive. As a longtime Marriott elite member, I can’t remember many gestures that stood out like that. The room was clean and the location was great. Thanks for the outstanding service, AJ.

We only stayed one night, but the place really felt like home. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff went out of their way to help. I’d made a last-minute choice to travel and visit family, then called about availability at 3am. Traveling with 4 littles and arriving that late made the welcome especially appreciated. AJ helped with our luggage and did more than expected to accommodate us, which made the stay much easier. Thanks again, AJ!
