AMERICAS BEST VALUE INN & Suites-Glen Allen/Richmond

I got good sleep and would stay again for this price. The room was clean and quiet, the shower was good, service was quick, and there wasn’t much of a smell. A couple of the lights didn’t work, and I spotted one small roach and promptly killed it with pleasure.

Quiet room, and nothing wrong with it, though it could’ve been a bit cleaner. Sunil gave great service. You get a solid room for what you pay, and at less than $100 a night, I’d stay again.

I’d read the bad reviews and was a little wary, but the stay suited what I needed: a reasonable price, a shower, and a place to sleep because I was exhausted. The area was quiet, and manager Mr Patel and his wife(?) were hospitable. I’ve paid more at other places and gotten less service.

We stayed four nights and found the room clean and comfortable. The sheets and bedding were clean, maid service was good, and there was plenty of parking. It was quiet, close to shops and places to eat, and all the staff were very friendly. We saw no sign of critters, despite what other reviews said, and would stay again.
