I’ve just finished a three-week stay and had a good experience. Everyone was really nice, including Nadia, Ahkmed(?), and the smiling woman wearing a hijab. The rooms weren’t five-star, but they were clean, the price was good, and I didn’t see a single pest, which I always check for. I don’t understand all the negative comments here; some seem like outright lies, maybe from nearby competitors. I’m definitely coming back next year.

The beds were decent, and nothing about the room was bad enough to make me want to leave. Still, if you pay close attention to details, this may not be the place for you. I used to work in hotels, at the front desk and helping with housekeeping, so I noticed a few missed spots. The room looked very clean at first, but the dresser and nightstand drawers weren’t cleaned well inside, and the fridge was less than clean, especially around the inside top seal. The bathroom mirror had water spots, as if someone had wiped it with a wet rag. My room was on the third floor, where the hallway smelled a little musty, which I put down to the older building. I chose the hotel after reading a few reviews, but they weren’t completely accurate. The hotel is older, which wasn’t a big deal.

The price was good for a pet-friendly stay, and there were several small grass and mulch areas for dogs. We booked because it was close to family. The room was reasonably clean but dated. The bed was clean and the bathroom was decent, though the shelf under the counter was broken. The dresser drawers were stained and falling apart, and tape was holding the countertop together.

The location is convenient, but this place was a last resort for one night, and it wasn’t a decent room. There was a tip envelope at check-in, yet the towels were dirty, the shower curtain had urine on it, and the mattress protector had a big pee stain. It felt like housekeeping had only left the envelope. We stayed for a while and dealt with gnats. When I told the manager, he said there were gnats in all the rooms. There was mold all over the bathroom and AC vents. The manager, a skinny Middle Eastern guy, was rude from our first interaction and always seemed bothered when I asked for towels. He disrespects women and will kick you out right away. The women at reception were nice, but only the Black woman understood English, so getting sheets was difficult unless she was there.
