The staff were nice, but I don't think the room was worth the price. There were burn holes in the sheets, leaks and stains around the room, and the bathroom door wouldn't close. I'm not from this area, though, so maybe that's what $110 gets you around here.

If being able to sleep matters, keep in mind the rooms aren't soundproof, despite what the site says. We could smell people smoking through the walls. The vending machine took our money, and the back side of the hotel had Christmas ornaments just stashed on the sidewalk. There's a BBQ grill as advertised, but it's a small stand-up one with the bottom rusted out. We booked for Memorial Day weekend, but their systems were down and they couldn't book us in properly. The room was dusty, with only two washcloths, two towels, and a bathmat. When we asked for more towels at 4 p.m., we were told they were only available before noon. The construction looked like a 10-year-old had painted and spackled the room. At least we didn't see any bugs.

The owners were friendly and accommodating, and the rooms have been newly renovated. The property sits away from other businesses, so it's quiet, and the price is consistently good. That was what first brought me here, and I'd definitely stay again. I wasn't asked or paid to write this review.

For the price I paid, the room was reasonable. It was small, but had a king-size bed and a big HD TV, which was good. I got a smoking room without ashtrays. The floors need redoing, and the bathroom door wouldn't shut all the way. Early check-in was quick and friendly.
