I was here for more than three months, and it was a treat to see the Home2 staff each day when I got back. Everyone was welcoming, courteous, attentive, and helpful with my employees and me. Regional manager Ryan made sure we were looked after, and as a manager myself, I appreciated seeing how much respect and care he showed his team. A special thanks to the people we saw most: Gisel, Nadia, and Eli at the front desk, and Star and Caroline on the hotel staff. There were many others too, so thank you to all of them. I’d love to name everyone individually, but that would take a while. Looking forward to seeing you again.

The stay itself was great, and the staff were helpful and nice. What bothered me was the $18-a-night parking charge, even though we were renting a room and the place wasn’t busy. That felt excessive, and parking on site came to $55 in total. Next time I’ll look for somewhere that includes parking.

The location near a mall with lots of restaurant choices is a plus, and the staff respond quickly. They text to check how things are going, and sent a plumber right away to fix the toilet flush handle in my room. Still, these units feel overpriced for what you get. My room had a missing bulb in one lamp, a very old mattress with permanent dips, rusty shower door track and sink drain, and a very rusty garbage disposal. There are signs by the elevator and lobby saying a remodel is planned for summer 2026, and the rooms clearly need it. I’ll find a place with newer rooms and furniture next time.

We stayed here in October while in Arizona for the football game. The room was clean and huge, almost too much space for three of us, haha. Breakfast was mediocre at best, but it did the job. It’s a decent hotel, just a five-minute walk from a great entertainment district.
