Motel 6 Glendale AZ

This is my favorite place in town, and I stay here all the time. Everyone working here is amazing. Sky has always stood out for great customer service and represents the motel so well. Thanks for giving us such a great place to stay.

Don't stay here. The room was filthy, smelled of cigarettes and who knows what else, and had a horrible odor as soon as I walked in to check in Friday 10/17. The restroom hadn't been cleaned and the shower was disgusting, so I went straight downstairs to cancel. The woman at the desk that night was nice, but couldn't issue my refund. She said the manager would handle it the next day, Saturday 10/19, and even filled out a refund ticket, which I photographed. I called Monday morning, 10/20, to check on the refund. A man answered. I didn't catch his name, but he was rude and said I hadn't stayed there and my card hadn't been charged, which wasn't true. I told him about the refund ticket, but he insisted I wasn't in the system and nothing had been charged. When I asked to speak with someone else, he hung up. Don't stay here if you want to avoid the same problems I had.

The nonstop horns at night made it hard to rest, and the place felt so dirty and worn down that I was scared to even use the shower. This building should be condemned and torn down. Staying here feels like putting your life at risk. I can't imagine anyone enjoying it unless they like old, run-down hotels and noise all night. It deserves zero stars.
