The neighborhood is such a pleasure to live in, especially because it’s walkable and has so many shops, restaurants, and cafes. My husband and I love living here and would recommend it to anyone. The apartments are beautiful, and the amenities are great. The daily cleaning crew keeps the property tidy and looking good. It’s also nice to have an onsite maintenance team. Jorge and Oscar do a fantastic job handling whatever comes up. In the leasing office, Adia, Brittany, Lianna, and Misty are always ready to help and go above and beyond.

UPDATE: November 2025 After 11 months back at the Brand, I’m dropping my review to two stars. The fire alarm goes off every week, and cigarette smoke gets into the whole building, including apartments, parking garages, and hallways. We switched units because the first one smelled so bad, but now the second does too. People smoke everywhere, and management does nothing about it. Security seems focused only on parking. The package room is a chaotic mess. The cleaning and maintenance crews do a great job, but the tenants are awful, and it shows in how the building is treated. When we moved back recently after living here in 2015, we had problems with our unit. Misty, Daniela, and Adia worked to fix them, and we were happy with the result. It was still one of Glendale’s best buildings then, with plenty of amenities, a great gym, and a location you can’t beat. You can walk to everything in Glendale, including the Americana two blocks away. I highly recommended it at the time.

The neighbors are friendly, and the community feels comfortable and calm. The leasing office team is helpful and quick to respond when I have questions. I especially enjoy communicating with Adia, who’s kind, professional, and supportive. The rooftop is my favorite place to unwind when the weather gets warmer. There are other nice chill areas too, and the gym is excellent. I love being able to run or walk on the treadmill whenever I want because it’s open 24/7. Brand is right in the heart of Glendale, with shops, cafes, restaurants, and salons all within walking distance. The Americana is just around the corner. I’m really happy to call it home, with its comfort, convenience, and great location.

UPDATE: I’ve been at THE BRAND almost a year now, and things are better than ever. Liana, Brittney, Adia, and Misty are a great A-team, taking care of the property, residents, and just about everything else. They’re polite, smart, and pleasant. Oscar and Jorge on maintenance are fantastic too, always around to help solve problems. Our lease ends in a few months, and we’re definitely renewing. After many years away from Los Angeles, my wife and I moved back for an entertainment industry project. We spent nearly a week looking for somewhere good to live in the immediate LA area and found nothing until we came across The Brand. It was exactly what we wanted: luxury in the heart of Los Angeles. The staff are a big part of it. From maintenance to the sales associates in the leasing office, few residential communities compare. They’re knowledgeable, kind, and great to deal with.
