We booked a lofted suite for a staycation, and it was a perfect place to celebrate my partner's birthday. It felt spacious and thoughtfully laid out, which made the occasion feel special. The boutique hotel in Gloucester, MA was a real favorite, and I'd love to return, especially in summer. Getting around was easy, with nearby street parking, an elevator, and local shops just a short walk away. The guestbook was a nice touch. Contactless check-in was simple, and texting the concierge team made it easy to get help. I've already recommended it to several people.

The Highliner made getting around downtown Gloucester easy. Restaurants, shops, local hotspots, and the Harbor walk are all within walking distance. We stayed in a lofted Queen suite that felt spotless, quiet, cozy, and comfortable. The decor mixed modern sophistication with old-world charm, and the digital check-in and checkout were a breeze. The concierge was always just a text away and the cheeriest person we've ever met. Love this place!

The room felt warm and personal, with coastal details that were charming without going overboard. It was clean and comfortable, with a really good bed, quality linens, and lovely lighting. We had a peaceful place to unwind, even though the harbor, beaches, shops, restaurants, and coastal walks were all easy to reach. This boutique hotel made our Gloucester trip memorable. It feels stylish and relaxing, not cookie-cutter, and we'd happily recommend it for a North Shore getaway. We'll be back.

Right on Main Street in Gloucester, so we could walk everywhere. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and our room was cozy and quiet. Thoughtful little touches made the stay feel relaxing and easy. We had a wonderful time!

We got straight into our room with the entry code, and booking and check-in had both been quick and easy. The hotel has lovely architecture, nice finishes, and a good vibe. Our room was very clean, with a lofted bedroom area and lots of convenient amenities. It's a five-star hotel in a great part of Gloucester, MA, close to plenty of good restaurants and with easy access to the beaches. I'd highly recommend it and would love to stay again.
