The parking area was too dark, and there wasn’t a fence or anything separating the hotel from the public outside. Still, I had a good stay. Staff were friendly, kept making sure I got what I needed, and my room was clean and smelled fresh. The location was handy, with plenty of restaurants, gas stations, and stores. I never managed to wake up in time for breakfast, but that was okay.
Getting an Uber was easy, and the customer service was nice. There’s a Kroger nearby for a quick run for water or frozen meals, plus a short walk to Waffle House and another coffee shop. I didn’t get to breakfast early enough to see the food myself, but they had waffles, cereal, fruit, and what looked like pastries. I liked the area and would come back if I needed a place to crash while in Nashville.
We’re from Pennsylvania, and we had a great stay at the hotel in Goodlettsville. The front desk staff were amazing, housekeeping did a great job, and our room was very clean. The water pressure was awesome, too. We could walk to Waffle House, 7 brew, Kroger, and other fast food places. We’ll definitely stay here again.
The room had a fridge and microwave, and I could back right up to the door to unload. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and there were plenty of TV channels. I’ve stayed here on my last three Nashville trips and have had nothing but good things to say. The front desk interactions before, during, and after each stay were outstanding. I never tried breakfast, so I can’t comment on it. There are fast food and sit-down restaurants nearby, plus a Kroger across the street. Easy access on and off I-65, and downtown is 20 minutes away.
I only remembered the $100 deposit after Baymont emailed to ask when I wanted to book again. I stayed last June (2025), and at check-in they said the deposit was standard. When we checked out, they said they’d keep it because of an “undisclosed pet.” There were four of us, with no animal in sight. For a month I called and asked for an email, but was told the manager “wasn’t available” and that they had “video” proof of an animal. We had no animal during our stay. When I asked to see the video, the explanation changed to, “We’ll refund you within a week!” It’s now Feb 2026 and I still haven’t received the money. They even gave me an email address that doesn’t exist. They count on you forgetting to follow up about the deposit, like I did. Do NOT stay here if you care about your money. They’ll make up claims to keep it.
