The rooms were clean and had what we needed, and the staff were attentive to us clients displaced by the storm. The management and hotel staff were kind, empathetic, and dependable throughout a really good experience. They even let all of us bring our pets in out of the cold storms. Thanks to Days Inn Goodlettsvillle for the peace of mind I needed.

Breakfast is a bit of a mystery, there may or may not be any! Still, the rooms were warm, comfortable, and clean, with no cockroaches or bedbugs. If your room is cold and the A/C isn't working, call reception and they'll switch on the heat remotely. The young woman at reception could smile a little more when greeting guests. That's part of hospitality 😉

During Sunday's snowstorm, I couldn't find a room anywhere. The manager, whom I thought was an angel, gave me his own room, and I ended up staying four nights. I'm 80, and he helped me with everything I needed. The rooms were clean and cozy, and everyone went above and beyond to help people. GOD BLESS HIM.

We had a great stay, with nice, clean rooms and excellent service. The breakfast was my one complaint: it wasn't really breakfast, just complimentary items. There was cereal, bread, and a muffin, but no eggs, grits, sausage, biscuits, fruit, or anything like that. They should call it a complimentary breakfast instead.

My power went out at home, so I stayed here for a week, but it came back sooner than expected. The manager was friendly and understanding about the situation, and they refunded my last two nights without any trouble. The staff and housekeeping were really friendly too.
