For a budget friendly, good value stay, this is about what you'd expect from a two star place. The location is close to everything, though the surroundings aren't scenic or especially walkable. Staff were a real bright spot: friendly, attentive, happy to exchange quarters for laundry, and even brought deliveries to our door, which I've never had at an extended stay. Housekeeping was kind. The small kitchenette was stocked and had a larger fridge, the closet was roomy, and the layout made good use of the limited space. The outdoor jacuzzi was great, with lots of towels. The downsides were cleanliness and wear. I had to rewash the dishes and clean the inside of the drawers, and there was hair in the tub. There were stains, rips, and tears around the hotel. The gym seemed to be the cleanest area. Outside, there were cigarette butts and ash everywhere, and the common areas weren't very inviting.

The place has a fresh feel, and the layout is nice. They have four L2 chargers in a spot where they don't get iced. Breakfast is quite nice and free, and the staff were friendly.

For a new hotel, there were too many details that felt poorly handled. The front entrance isn't ADA compliant, and the layout out front was confusing and unlike any hotel I've seen. The suite itself was nice, but there was black mold on the shower wall and a lot of cleaning details had been missed. Check-in also took too long and needs attention. As an elite Bonvoy member, I was disappointed with this Marriott property.

It's an okay hotel, pretty clean, but nothing fancy. Most of the staff were great. Breakfast could be better, and the coffee too.

We left very disappointed. The hotel was renovating, which was really inconvenient for us as disabled guests. The two handicapped parking spaces were at the back by the door we used, but on the first floor, zippered tarps blocked the way to the elevator. The next morning they were zipped shut, so we had to walk all the way around the building to reach our vehicle. At 7:00 am Sunday, workers were outside our third floor window yelling and talking, and equipment noise woke us up. The hotel was generally quiet, except the people above us sounded like they were running a marathon. We love the Litchfield Park area when we travel, but we may look elsewhere next time. 😠
