It was a simple stay with very easy check-in and check-out, and lots of restaurants are within walking distance. The room was dated, but VERY clean and comfortable. You're not taking the furniture home, so who cares? The price is hard to beat, and Manager John was very nice. He runs the motel with his Dad in summer and by himself in winter.

The walls are thin, so bring soft earplugs if you're a light sleeper, especially if you happen to get talkative neighbors like I did. For the price, I'd generally recommend it. The place was clean, with fresh towels and bedsheets, working AC, soap and shampoo, plus a fridge and TV.

The room was clean and nice on my first stay here. The TV was awkwardly placed, and a channel list would have helped. I also wish they'd posted that the hot tub was closed. There were no views from the windows, and I was surprised to find all of them unlocked.

I booked through a third party, such as Booking.com, but never got a confirmation email. When I tried to cancel, the booking site had no record of my reservation. I couldn't reach the property either, and couldn't leave a message because the mailbox was full. It looks like I've lost more than $300. The service was horrible all around. Enjoy the $300+ you made off me. Thank you, Northern Peak Motor Inn.
