Parkway House Goshen Boutique Bed & Breakfast

David and his wife were fantastic hosts, always available when we had a concern and helpful as we found restaurants around the beautiful historic town. My wife, kids, and I had a great time at Parkway House. The newly renovated home in historic Goshen looks gorgeous, fresh, and stylish, with a lovely view of the historic racetrack right from the house. That made the stay feel especially unique. It has modern comfort with small-town charm. Highly recommend!

The horses exercising across the street on the racetrack were such a peaceful, special sight. The breakfast was amazing, and the people who work there were warm, kind, and attentive. Parkway House feels full of charm, beautifully cared for, and incredibly clean. Everything seemed thoughtful and welcoming as soon as I arrived. You can feel the care behind the place. I’d recommend it 100%.

Emily was a warm, welcoming, and accommodating host, and she served a delicious hot breakfast. I spent two nights at Parkway House this month and enjoyed it immensely. My room felt cozy despite being spacious, and the bathrooms were immaculate. It’s a peaceful, relaxing retreat in a gorgeous architectural gem.

We loved the cozy rooms, which feel private from the main living areas, and the location is convenient, just a quick 3-minute drive from Route 17. Her homemade apple crisp in the morning was delicious. Her family told us about the extensive renovations they did to restore the home to its 1905 appearance. It’s a beautiful contribution to Goshen, NY. You can see the care in the decor and ambiance. Hospitality like this is hard to find, and I’d highly recommend staying here over an Airbnb.
