Quality Inn & Suites Goshen

We’ve rented the meeting room for our organization three times and had a great experience every time. The room is clean and spacious, with good privacy. Christine is easy to work with and always has everything set up the way we asked. The staff are genuinely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Highly recommend!

They’ve done a great job keeping ice and snow cleared for customers, and breakfast is there every morning. We’ve stayed twice now, and the staff have been friendly and helpful each time. The rooms feel homey and have been clean. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone.

I stayed a few weeks ago, and it was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever been to. There were dirty towels in the room and stains on the sheets, the breakfast wasn’t what they said it would be, and the pool was freezing. The woman working the evening desk was really sweet and tried to help, and she was the only reason I stayed. The next morning, a different woman was at the desk. She was rude, didn’t know much English, and didn’t care or want to help when I tried to talk about my stay. I’m stunned by how rude the people running this place are. If you want a clean hotel or a fun family stay, this isn’t the place.

Everything was walking distance, with lots of places to eat nearby. Walmart and Dollar Tree were half a mile away, and Family Dollar was close too. The room was comfy and clean, the windows opened for fresh air, and the bathroom was spotless, no hair anywhere. Service was amazing, I’d say 9/10. The only thing I’d change is the pool area. My partner and I thought it felt gloomy and dark, and could use fresh paint and brighter lights. Other than that, our stay was a 10/10!
