The rooms have that quintessential 19th-century Vermont charm, and the snowy garden where the ceremony was held felt magical. We spent Valentin’s weekend at The Grafton Inn for our niece’s wedding and had a lovely time. The Inn is cozy, with two fireplaces, and the buffet breakfast was great. The reception was in the beautiful Phelps barn, and the food was outstanding. Down the road, the recreation center gave us a chance to try fat biking, skating, cross-country skiing, and tubing.

Dinner and live entertainment in the Phelps Barn were fantastic, and breakfast was wonderful too. Grafton is a beautiful, quiet town, and the rooms were comfortable with authentic decor. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. It was a peaceful, cozy weekend getaway.

We booked the elopement package, and everything was handled for us, from dinner and a beautiful suite with a jacuzzi tub to the officiant and flowers. The wedding coordination felt personal and professional. Snow on the ground, holiday decorations, and fires in the hearth made the occasion even more special. The historic inn sits in a small New England town with plenty of outdoor activities and common areas. There's a lovely market for delicious soup and sandwiches, a library selling second-hand books upstairs, and lots of hiking trails. We'd recommend the inn for elopements and plan to return for a quiet getaway with fresh air.

I'm home already, and I can't wait to come back. The Inn is beautiful and picturesque, like a postcard, and the food was delicious. We got a table by the fireplace, which made dinner so cozy. I enjoyed every minute of this fantabulous stay. Many thanks to the wonderful staff!

We went to a beautiful wedding at the Inn last weekend, and the room, food, and staff were all wonderful. Staying in such a historic place was amazing. It really took us back to the 1800s.
