There was new furniture, but the construction looked poorly done. After a long trip, I checked in close to midnight and immediately spotted at least five bed bugs crawling around the 'freshly renovated' room. I told the front desk, and they said they'd send someone to change the sheets. I asked for a refund instead. Then the person at the desk tried to persuade me to stay at another hotel owned by the same people so she could 'get some'.

This is the fourth time I've tried to find a reasonably priced place, and even calling has been hard. Whoever reads this, including the OYO owner, you are losing business. The operators are also foreign, and their horrible customer service is giving your brand a bad name. God gave me the energy to write this because I don't see anyone speaking up. I won't waste my time booking anything with OYO. If you see this and the operator says OYO, look elsewhere!

The TV remote didn't work, so I had to turn the set on manually, and I felt unsafe there. Our two cats stepped in water and walked through the bathtub; the floor was so dirty they left paw prints everywhere. I wiped up some water with a paper towel and it came away disgusting. After I showered, the bath mat soaked up dirt from the floor. Absolutely filthy.

One good thing: there was room for a few 50’ trailers. Otherwise, it was one of my worst stays. The hotel also goes by Americas best Value Inn??, and the Google location is wrong? It wasn't a pleasant visit at all. The initial room's key didn't work, even with the master override, which is concerning, so they moved me to another room. The change wasn't tracked properly, and then the office and I had trouble figuring out which room to refund. There were cockroaches, unfinished walls and floors, broken security locks, and a broken toilet. For $70-80, these rooms aren't worth it. It felt more like a $50 place.
