Inn at SilverCreek

I was just passing through for work and only stayed the night, so I didn't use much, but there are two bars, hot tubs, a gym and a poolside area. It was my first time here. The place felt relaxed and comfortable, with friendly staff and reasonable rates. I overheard the owner talking with customers, who seemed to think he was a guest too. 👍

The pools and hot tubs were great, and we liked having an onsite restaurant and free parking. Our room was clean, practical, and better than we expected for the price. It had a balcony, a comfortable bed, and a shower with strong pressure. The Inn at Silvercreek isn't especially new, but we enjoyed its European mountain lodge charm. Communication before, during, and after our stay was friendly and consistent, and all the staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, were great. We'll definitely be back!

I've stayed here for more than two years, and Shauna at the front desk has been a great addition. She's always upbeat, explains everything with real enthusiasm, and makes check-in a refreshing experience. She's a great first impression for newcomers. The units are clean, the amenities are good, and it's the best priced option in the area. Some things are dated, and the gym equipment and spas could use a little attention. They've been serviced while I've been here.

I live in this building, and it's disappointing that lobby staff don't do more to enforce quiet hours for everyone's sake, especially in an old building. Noise from the upper floor goes on at all hours, with the worst of it between 11 PM and 3 AM. It's a great place to stay and live otherwise, but new guests and tourists need to be reminded to respect the people who live and stay here.
