We were blamed for water damage in the room below, even though all we did was take showers. They also said our room smelled like weed, although neither my partner nor I smoke, and told us to leave or they'd call the cops. Earlier, they had first tried to put us in a dirty room, though they did find us a clean one. Then my card was charged three separate times, with them claiming the first payment hadn't gone through. We won't return or recommend this place.

Michelle and Sydney were courteous and professional, and took great care of our family. The rooms were clean and everything was shipshape. Breakfast had everything we wanted, with a smorgasbord each morning. Great experience, we'll be back.

The bed bugs made this as bad as it could get, and they wouldn't even refund me. I spent an hour taking videos of the parasites, then drove two hours home at 11pm. I showed the front desk, and two other people had already left before us for the same reason. They're trying to act like it wasn't their hotel, as if I drove hours from home just to get a free stay while being eaten alive.

Getting on and off I29 was easy, and I'd stay here again if I get the chance. The front desk and housekeeping staff were pleasant and courteous. Housekeeping would wait in the room while I took my dogs out, making room for them as they came running down the hall and nearly pulled my shoulder out. The room and bathroom were both very clean. The bed was a little soft, but still fine to lay your head down.
