Sleep Inn & Suites Grand Forks Near Alerus Center

The front desk staff were so friendly, and the pool was warm and clean. Snacks, water, and coffee were available all the time, which was really nice. Breakfast was okay, with lots of good options, and they cleaned it up before the cutoff time. The rooms were clean, though the mattresses weren’t great. It smelled delicious in the hotel, maybe a little too strong. The relaxing vibe would be better with a bit more general cleaning, like on the elevator floors. I gave it 4 stars because it could improve, but it was fantastic for the price.

I’ve been staying here during the week for a couple of months while I work, and I’ve always had good interactions with Mr Harsh and his staff. I forgot receipts from earlier weeks and had booking issues on my end, but they helped me sort everything out and made sure I was taken care of. Breakfast is hot and ready on time. There are treats in the lobby, plus dinner a few days a week. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and so are the beds. Thanks, Mr Harsh and team!

Alrick, the breakfast representative, was super nice and really attentive to what I and the other guests needed. He’s passionate about music and shared some of his ideas and dreams with me. Hearing him was inspiring and made me want to pursue my own dreams more. You can find him on Spotify and SoundCloud as Sixsewo Fat. When we arrived last night, nobody was at the desk. I had to call someone using the telephone system there before a customer service representative showed up. He seemed nice, though tired. From what I understood, he graduated with a degree in information technology, so if you need some kind of I.T. support, check with him.

The hotel was clean, and breakfast was good. They charge for early check-in, so don’t arrive too early. That’s all I’ve got. I’d stay here again if work brings me this way.
