The front desk woman was pleasant and helpful, and I’d be glad to come back the next time I’m in Grand Island. The place was clean and comfortable, with K-Cups in the room and a comfy bed and pillows. Excellent stay.

We got stranded unexpectedly in Nebraska, and the staff at Best Western Plus Grand Island Inn & Suites made a stressful situation much easier. Everyone was kind and thoughtful, and the hotel was incredibly clean. One woman working May 10 and 11 was especially great. I wish I knew her name. She even found a vase for my Mother’s Day flowers. It was a small gesture that meant a lot. Thank you for the kindness and hospitality. I highly recommend staying here in Grand Island.

I brought nearly 40 students here for a field trip, and every staff member was friendly and accommodating. They kept smiling, made us feel welcome, and helped make the stay much more enjoyable. The rooms, cleanliness, and location were all fantastic too. Thanks to the staff working April 10-12, 2025!

I booked this hotel for my 50th class reunion in Grand Island, and it was a great base for seeing old friends and getting to all my events. The staff were cheerful and helpful, the room was spotless, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I also appreciated the quiet and the good lighting and secure parking, with two cards for entry and double locks. The shower had great hot water, and the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, facial soap, and body soap all smelled fantastic. There was a big screen TV with lots of channels, including the Husker game on Saturday. Breakfast was plenty for someone on the go, and the price was right. I’ve stayed in many hotels, and this one ranks at the top for me. I’ll definitely recommend it.

The outside didn’t look like much, but the room was very nice and clean, and I was impressed. Breakfast was good too.
