The front desk staff were flawless, friendly, and really helpful. But the room cleanliness and bed were my biggest issues. I have about two-inch hair at most, yet there were several long hairs on the mattress, floor, and in the shower. The shower also looked like it might have mold. The bed was probably the thinnest I’ve ever used. My back hurt terribly when I woke up, and I couldn’t get back to sleep, so I left about three hours before I’d planned to get up.

Dallas picked us up from the airport with the shuttle and gave professional, caring service. Randy handled check-in and was very attentive. Front desk, restaurant, and shuttle service were all impressive. The hotel was clean and well cared for, with spacious rooms, clean towels and bedding, and a nice overall stay. Breakfast at the restaurant had several options at reasonable prices starting at $10. Bar service was complete, with reasonable prices from $10.

I’ve stayed here for years and usually had a good experience, but this visit was the best in a long time. I checked in very late, and Chelsea was so friendly and welcoming that I asked for the general manager’s details to praise her. Turns out she is the general manager. You don’t often see a manager filling in and working those hours, and she deserves the credit for such a great stay. Dinner and bar service were great too.

The interior decor really wasn’t for me. I usually don’t care about that stuff, but the paint throughout the hotel felt weird and just off. The place could use some interior remodeling, though that’s only my opinion. On the plus side, receptionist brook was amazingly kind and brought the food I’d ordered at the restaurant up to my room.

Nice hotel, but I expected breakfast to be included for the price. Plenty of lesser hotels offer it with the stay, while here you have to pay for it the night before. Listening to I-70 all night was an unexpected bonus, too. There are more affordable, customer-focused hotels in better locations around here.
