We won't be coming back. The couch was stained and full of hair, and the room had a strong stale rubber glove smell that lingered even with the window open. The bathroom's sliding doors were heavy and loud, so using them risked waking everyone. You could hear the next room's bathroom in detail through the paper-thin walls. They even keep the coffee maker in the toilet room. Parking cost $14 for one night, which other reviews say had doubled in the past six months.

We usually find Springhill Suites clean and pleasant, with good service, so we'll probably stay here again. The room design is the frustrating part. The separate toilet and shower spaces sound useful, but their opaque sliding doors let the bathroom light spill into the bedroom at night, and sounds carry through them. Room walls don't block much either. Last night we heard our neighbors' TV until midnight, and this morning I could hear someone using their toilet. For a hotel that's otherwise nice, I wish Marriott would rethink the layout.

The pool and hot tub were closed, something the website hadn't mentioned. We could go to the facilities across the street, but it was enough of a hassle that we only went once. Breakfast was just okay and identical each morning, and the milk choices were awful. Housekeeping came in despite the do not disturb sign, and when we got back my boyfriend's CPAP was in pieces on the floor, so they may have broken it. We were also put under a family with loud kids, then had dogs in rooms on both sides as the week went on. Kids are kids, but dog rooms should be together so they bother other dog owners. We won't stay here on our next family visit to junction. The room itself was oddly laid out, with two separate bathroom spaces across from the bed and a desk splitting up the room. The TV sat far to one side and had to be turned to see it from bed. The fridge barely cooled, so we kept a full ice bucket inside to help keep food cold, but the ice melted and needed daily refilling. Light came through a big gap under the door, and we had to block it with towels to sleep. Using the bathroom at night was disruptive when sharing the room. Disappointed, and hoping we find somewhere better next time.

Really good shower, with several heads, and the bed was comfortable. You can hear heavy footsteps from the room above, even though they didn't wake me. I'd pick a top floor room.
