That pool table was a fun extra, even if it clearly hadn’t been kept up very well. We loved having it as an entertainment option, and it’s honestly enough to make me put True hotels higher on my list in the future. Please keep the tables around. The staff were friendly, and it’s a very nice hotel.

We had a small room with a mini fridge, and the price felt pretty high. I did like the vinyl tile flooring instead of carpet. There was a shower rather than a tub, which made getting in and out easier.

SOPHIE works Friday nights, and she’s such a pleasure to meet. She greets everyone with a smile, and the staff here really stand out. The hotel is so clean, and being able to stream on the TVs is great. Hands down the best place in gj.

Nice hotel, and Richmond made my arrival especially welcoming. They greeted me by name and offered the two bottles of water that come with my membership without me having to ask. I can’t remember the last time a Hilton staff member did that automatically. Such a good start to Thanksgiving week. Thanks, Richmond!

The room and service were awesome, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here at this price. I paid $230 total for two nights after taxes, then the final amount after fees and taxes came to $305. That extra $75 just isn’t worth it.
